Kia ora GEIS families and whānau,
Due to recent increases and charges for the use of Kindo it has now become no longer variable to use Kindo without passing the cost onto our families. To avoid doing this we have set up an Etap portal where you can view any invoices due for things like school camps, trips, extra curricular activities and many other things. View the invoice on the Etap portal and make the payment through your personal online banking. It could be a good idea to set GEIS up as a “Payee” with your online banking to make things easier.
Below are the School Bank Account details to set us up as a payee. ASB Bank 123051 0274793-00 Please use your child's full name and description of what you are paying for in the reference fields. However school bus tickets are available via the portal by selecting the Kindo button.
Through the portal over time you will be able to view and download student reports, update contact details, access school newsletters and many more things.
An email will be sent to all GEIS families and whānau with your new user ID and temporary password to access the Etap portal.
